The second presentation of the York Real Estate’s 2024 Seminar Series for buyers, sellers, and renters entitled ‘Avoid the Biggest Costly Mistakes Made in Real Estate’ will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. The seminar will take place in person at the Collier County Court House (3315 Tamiami Trail East) first floor meeting room, just past security. You will be required to go through security. No liquids are allowed in the courthouse and we recommend a sweater or light jacket as some of the rooms may be cooler than expected.
I will be one of six featured speakers and my presentation will be about Buying Foreclosures and Tax Deed Properties. Other speakers who are experts in their respective field will cover other relevant topics such as New Insurance Options in 2024 to Help You Save, Mortgage Rate Trends for 2024, State-by-State Changes in Laws for Wills and Trusts, and more.
