Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will be Closed on December 23 & 26, and January 2

Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Courts and Comptroller’s Office will be closed on Friday, December 23 and Monday, December 26, so that our employees can spend time with their families over Christmas. Additionally, the office will be closed on Monday, January 2 in observance of New Year’s Day.

“On behalf of all of the Clerk’s office team member, I would like to wish our friends and neighbors in Collier County a happy and safe Christmas and New Year celebration with their loved ones. We appreciate your support and active engagement in improving our community over the past year. I’m looking forward to working closely with you for an even more productive 2023,” said Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller. 

Online services including civil procedure forms and instructions, civil small claim forms, criminal forms, family law forms, foreclosure forms, recording requests, and more will still be available to the public at CollierClerk.com. Regular operations will resume on December 27-30 and from Tuesday, January 3 onwards.
