Courts Division

The Customer Service/Court Clerk I provides a variety of duties for the Courts by maintaining and protecting the integrity of the court case files, jury management, court room activities that include swearing in witnesses and recording evidence submitted to the courts, assisting in the self-help center, conducting foreclosure auctions, and accepting fines, fees, and assessments, and ensuring the distribution of funds collected are distributed in accordance with the law.

Finance Division

The Financial Accountant performs professional accounting functions, which includes preparing a variety of financial reports, including the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report along with supporting work papers, participates in the resolution of complex accounting issues and is responsible for reviewing Governmental Accounting Standards Board Pronouncements and making recommendation for implementing change.

The Accounting Technician performs professional and technical accounting functions in support of the general accounting operations of the division by reconciling high volume bank accounts to the general ledger, auditing routine transactions and resolve discrepancies, assisting accountants with preparing audit requests, and reviewing and classifying data/transactions for consistency.

Information Technology Division

The SAP Functional Analyst will gather business requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions across the SAP S/4 Hana and SuccessFactors functional and technical landscape. This highly visible professional will analyze areas of efficiency/deficiency within the organization, aid in the development of technical solutions, and communicate these solutions effectively with non-technical users.

Inspector General Division

The Inspector I (Auditor) performs essential audits, reviews, inspections, and investigations for the Clerk and county in areas such as fiscal propriety, compliance, procurement, and contract review, while being alert to fraud, waste, and abuse. This highly visible position must possess a strong accounting and finance background and be able to pursue formal investigations into financial irregularities when warranted.

Recording Division

The Satellite Clerk I performs technical duties for both court and non-court functions such as accepting and processing payments for criminal fines, traffic citations, recording of documents and driving record printouts, issuing marriage licenses, solemnize marriage ceremonies and complete marriage certificates, Accepting, preparing transmittals and sending passport applications for the US department of state in accordance with Passport acceptance rules and regulations, and assisting customer in processing court documents, reviewing public records and other property related research.
