Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Courts and Comptroller’s Office will be closed on Friday, December 23 and Monday, December 26, so that our employees can spend time with their families over Christmas. Additionally, the office will be closed on Monday, January 2 in observance of New Year’s Day.

Online services including civil procedure forms and instructions, civil small claim forms, criminal forms, family law forms, foreclosure forms, recording requests, and more will still be available to the public at CollierClerk.com. Regular operations will resume on December 27-30 and from Tuesday, January 3 onwards.
