E-Recording Official RecordsThe Collier Clerk offers a variety of ways to submit documents electronically for prompt, convenient e-Recording in the Official Records. In-House ServicesPublic e-Recording: Members of the public may register with our office for a public e-Recording account at: Collier e-Recording Sign-In. Documents may be submitted from a computer, tablet, or phone and paid for by card. Standard recording fees apply. There are no additional processing fees other than a 4% fee imposed by our card processor. All documents must be scanned/photographed as black/white, 300dpi, 8 ½ x 11 or 8 ½ x 14 inches. Business e-Recording: Business customers may elect to register for an escrow account to better facilitate e-Recording multiple documents. Accounts may be funded by electronic funds transfer (EFT), check, or cash. Standard recording fees apply. There are no additional processing fees other than a bank processing fee of $0.50 per EFT for each transfer up to $75K. E-Recording PartnersThese third-party submitters partner with our office to accept documents from their subscribers and e-Record them on their behalf. The Clerk lists them here for your convenience but makes no specific endorsements. Their services may involve additional processing fees.
