Kinzel. “Over the past several years, we’ve been taking great strides in improving access to official records, legal forms, and information about our government through our education and outreach program.”

Through their website, CollierClerk.com, residents have access to services such as traffic forms, civil procedure forms and instructions, civil small claims, criminal forms, landlord/tenant forms, family law forms, foreclosures.  Detailed instructions are available on the website, and  citizens are encouraged to visit the Self-Help Center at the main courthouse for more personalized assistance.

On a monthly basis, the Clerk releases a newsletter with timely updates on government projects, expenditures, and taxpayer watch issues. Residents can stay up-to-date on what is happening at the Clerk’s office by also registering for the newsletters at CollierClerk.com
