There are no filing fees to file a petition for Involuntary Examination.

There are no fees from the Collier County Sheriff’s Office for service in Collier County.

Fees associated with treatment are the responsibility of the Respondent. Court Ordered treatment under the Marchman Act is NOT free. While Providers offer a sliding fee scale, there will be costs associated with the Marchman Act treatment.

If the Respondent is a juvenile, the Petitioner will be required to provide assistance in order to follow the court order.
