Fees for Domestic Violence

There is no fee to file a petition for injunction in Collier County.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office serves (hand delivers) certified copies of the Judge’s Order to the Respondent for free.

If the Respondent lives outside of the State of Florida, you will need to contact the sheriff of the County that he/she lives in to obtain information about having court papers “served.” Provide information where to mail the paperwork and any required fees to the Clerk’s Office when you file your petition.
