Our office facilitates periodic tax deed sales for properties that are delinquent on their real estate taxes, and the next scheduled auction is on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 1:00pm in the Courthouse Annex, first floor multi-purpose room at the Collier County Government Complex at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples.
The Tax Deed group in the Recording office will conduct the sale through an in-person public auction. At the time of the sale, the successful bidder must provide a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the bid price or $200, whichever is greater. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours.
Our office is prohibited from providing legal advice or opinions concerning the real estate properties sold at auction. Interested bidders are encouraged to research the property for possible liens prior to the sale, as properties are sold “as is” and the Clerk does not guarantee a clear and marketable title.
