Passport Fees

Fees to the Collier County Clerk of Court Recording Department can be paid by money order, cashier’s check, personal check, cash, or credit card when filing in person.

A processing fee of 3.5% will apply to each Credit Card transaction.

AN ADDITIONAL $63.75 IS DUE TO THE CLERK OF COURT . This amount includes the Clerk’s Execution fee of $35.00 and an optional Express Mail Fee of $28.75 for your convenience. Passport cards can be expedited for processing only, the U.S. Department of State does not expedite mailing of passport cards.

RENEWALS : Adults who have, in their possession, a valid passport and/or card issued NOT MORE THAN 15 YEARS AGO , must fill out FORM DS-82 , and submit it directly to the U.S. DEPT OF STATE .
