Passport Fees

Fees to the Collier County Clerk of Court Recording Department can be paid by money order, cashier’s check, personal check, cash, or credit card when filing in person.
A processing fee of 3.5% will apply to each Credit Card transaction

PERSONAL CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PAYABLE TO: U.S. DEPT OF STATE (List Name and DOB of applicant on Check)
ROUTINE SERVICE:
Adult, 16 years or older (valid for ten years) Book $130.00 Card $30.00  Both  $160.00
Child, 15 years and under (valid for five years) Book $100.00 Card $15.00  Both  $115.00
AN EXECUTION FEE OF $35.00 MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY TO THE CLERK OF COURT. (This can be cash, check, credit, or debit)

EXPEDITE SERVICE:            
Adult, 16 years or older Book $208.32     Both $238.32
Child, 15 years and under Book  $178.32     Both $193.32
AN ADDITIONAL $61.95 IS DUE TO THE CLERK OF COURT. This amount includes the Clerk’s Execution fee of $35.00 and an optional Express Mail Fee of $26.95 for your convenience. Passport cards can be expedited for processing only, the U.S. Department of State does not expedite mailing of passport cards.
 
RENEWALS: Adults who have, in their possession, a valid passport and/or card issued NOT MORE THAN 15 YEARS AGO, must fill out FORM DS-82, and submit it directly to the U.S. DEPT OF STATE.
