We use this approach to ensure that candidates are assessed using competencies essential to perform the duties of the position. We strive for a fair, consistent, and structured recruitment process.

As with all interviews it is not only us asking questions. We encourage candidates to be engaged in the conversation so they can also assess the Clerk’s Office, the Division, and the position to ensure that we are a good fit for you.
